Delivery Attempts
CheapTshirtUSA utilizes UPS, FedEx, and occasionally USPS for shipping your orders. Typically, these carriers will attempt to deliver your items twice. However, please note:
- Second Attempt Not Guaranteed: A second delivery attempt depends on various factors, including the carrier's policies and the specifics of your delivery location. We cannot guarantee a second attempt will be made.
Holding Packages
- Pickup Location: If a second delivery attempt is not made, your items will be held at the nearest carrier's pickup location for 5 days. You can locate the address of the nearest pickup facility on the respective carrier’s website:
Tracking and Communication
- Stay Updated: It’s important to track your order and stay informed about its delivery status. Use the tracking information provided at the time of shipping to monitor your package’s progress.

Unclaimed Packages
- Restocking Fee: If you fail to pick up your package within the 5-day holding period, it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will restock the items and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping back to the warehouse, if initiated by the carrier due to unclaimed packages, will be your responsibility. This includes any charges levied by UPS, FedEx, or USPS for transporting the package back to us.
Resolution of Delivery Issues
- Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to monitor and resolve any delivery issues with the carrier. We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking updates and responding promptly to any notices from the carrier regarding your shipment.
