UPS typically attempts to deliver your items twice. However, a second attempt is not guaranteed and depends on various factors determined by the carrier.

If a second attempt is not made, UPS will hold your items for 5 days at the nearest pickup location. Please check the UPS website for the address of the pickup location. Occasionally, we may ship via FedEx or USPS, in which case you’ll need to check their websites for similar details.

It's important to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status. For questions, please contact UPS (or FedEx/USPS if applicable) directly.

Failure to pick up your package within 5 days will result in it being returned to the warehouse. Once received, we will restock the items and apply a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that the return shipping back to the warehouse will be charged by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and it is your responsibility to monitor and resolve any delivery issues.
