Once your order is placed and paid for on our website, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment system for processing. Unfortunately, no changes to the order or shipping address can be made after this point.

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact UPS (or the relevant courier) as soon as you receive your tracking number(s) to request a correction.

You must provide all tracking numbers when contacting UPS to correct the shipping address.

If your order ships from multiple warehouses, ensure you have all the tracking numbers from each warehouse before contacting UPS to make the necessary address changes.
