Return and Refund Policy Overview
At CheapTshirtUSA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We partner with third-party fulfillment warehouses across the U.S. to ensure efficient service and competitive pricing. Below is a comprehensive guide to our return and exchange procedures for a transparent and straightforward process.

1. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost and ensuring the safe return of items to the original warehouse from which they were shipped.
  • Courier Requirements: Please use UPS, FedEx, or another reliable courier for returns. We do not recommend USPS due to reliability concerns.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in 100% original, undamaged, unworn, and unwashed condition.

2. Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, which helps cover the logistical costs incurred by our fulfillment partners.

3. Return Time Limit

Return requests must be initiated within 20 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Claims for Shortages or Damages

  • Reporting Window: Any shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  • Defective Merchandise: Mark defective items with tape to highlight the flaw to help expedite the exchange or refund process.

5. Defective Clothing Exchange

  • Timing for Exchange Requests: Requests for exchanges of defective items must be submitted within 2 days of receipt.
  • Submission Requirements: Email us at info@CheapTshirtUSA.com with your name, order number, product details (brand, model number, color, size, quantity), and a clear photo of the defect along with the clothing tag.
  • Approval Process: Exchanges are typically reviewed and either approved or rejected within 1-2 business days.

6. Return Process

  • Submit Your Request: Initiate the return process by emailing info@CheapTshirtUSA.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • RMA Number: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Packaging Instructions: Securely pack the items in a clean box, include the RMA number and Purchase Order number inside, and clearly label the outside of the box.
  • Shipping the Return: Use a reliable courier to ship the package and share the tracking number with us.

7. Important Notes

  • Package Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Return Inspection: Items that do not meet our return criteria will be denied and may be donated to charity.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days after a successful inspection of the returned items.

8. Consequences of Misconduct

Fraudulent or bad-faith return attempts will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
