Fraud Prevention

Every order is also processed through automated warehouse systems where products are scanned, recorded, and verified before shipment.
As part of this verification process:
-
Submitted photos may be compared with previous defect claims.
-
Duplicate or previously submitted images may be automatically flagged.
-
Suspicious or repeated claims may be investigated.
Submitting false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent defect claims will result in:
-
Immediate denial of the claim.
-
Permanent closure of your customer account.
-
A permanent ban from placing future orders on any of our websites or affiliated platforms.
These procedures help protect both our customers and our suppliers while allowing us to continue offering extremely competitive pricing.
