Responsibility for Delivered Parcels

  • Transfer of Responsibility: Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. CheapTshirtUSA is not liable for parcels that are potentially stolen from your delivery location after delivery confirmation.

Courier Practices

  • Notification Practices: Please be aware that couriers may not always ring doorbells or provide direct notifications upon delivery, which could result in parcels being left unattended and vulnerable to theft.

Secure Shipping Option

  • Added Protection: During checkout, you can opt for Secure Shipping at a cost of $5.99. This service requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring that your package is not left unattended. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will hold it for pickup or attempt redelivery.
  • Declining Secure Shipping: If you choose not to purchase Secure Shipping, CheapTshirtUSA cannot provide compensation or replacements for parcels lost or stolen post-delivery. Our policy does not extend to covering theft or loss for uninsured packages.

Preventing Parcel Theft

  • Choose Secure Shipping: For enhanced protection, select Secure Shipping at checkout.
  • Ensure Availability for Delivery: Arrange for someone to be present to accept the package at the delivery location.
  • Opt for a Secure Location: Consider having your package delivered to a workplace, package locker, or other secure locations.
  • Monitor Your Delivery: Use the tracking information provided to monitor your delivery status and retrieve your package promptly.

Assistance with Stolen Packages

  • Contacting Couriers: If you suspect your package has been stolen and you did not opt for Secure Shipping, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier. For assistance with this process, please provide us with:
    • Proof of your communication with the courier.
    • Any delivery confirmation details, such as images or courier statements.
  • Liaising with Couriers: Once you provide the necessary documentation, we can assist you in communicating with the courier to resolve the issue.

Claims and Support

  • Secure Shipping Claims: If you opted for Secure Shipping and your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately to initiate a claim.
  • Non-Secured Shipments: Unfortunately, we cannot offer claims or compensation for shipments not covered by Secure Shipping.
