Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. CheapTshirtUSA is not liable for parcels that are potentially stolen from your delivery location after being confirmed as delivered.
Courier Practices
Please note that many couriers may not ring doorbells or provide direct notification upon delivery, which could result in parcels being left unattended and exposed to potential theft.
Secure Shipping
During checkout, you have the option to purchase Secure Shipping for $5.99. This option requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring the package will not be left unattended. If no one is available to sign, the courier will hold the package for pickup or attempt redelivery.
No Secure Shipping, No Coverage
If you decline Secure Shipping, CheapTshirtUSA cannot provide compensation or replacements for stolen parcels. Our policy does not cover theft or loss of uninsured packages.
Preventing Parcel Theft
To help prevent parcel theft:
- Choose Secure Shipping at checkout for added protection.
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery location to accept the package.
- Opt for delivery to a secure location, such as your workplace or a package locker.
- Use tracking information to monitor the delivery and retrieve your package promptly.
Potential Assistance with Courier Companies
If your package was potentially stolen and you opted out of Secure Shipping, we recommend contacting the courier directly. If you need assistance, please provide:
- Proof of communication with the courier company.
- Delivery confirmation, such as images or statements from the courier. Once you provide this documentation, we may assist you in liaising with the courier.
Claims and Support
For Secure Shipping orders, contact our customer support team immediately to file a claim if your parcel is lost or stolen. Unfortunately, for non-secured shipments, no claims or compensation can be offered.
