1. Shipping Areas

CheapTshirtUSA proudly serves customers across the Contiguous United States, ensuring broad coverage and efficient delivery. Please note, that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or Military APOs. This limitation ensures that our products reach you securely and directly, minimizing transit issues and potential delays.

2. Shipping Costs and Options

At CheapTshirtUSA, our goal is to provide the lowest possible shipping cost while maintaining fast and reliable delivery.

To achieve this, we use a hybrid pricing system that combines real-time UPS® Ground rates with flat rate pricing, ensuring you always get a competitive and cost-effective option at checkout.

Free Shipping

All orders over $299 qualify for Free Shipping across the continental United States (48 states).

For free shipping orders, our warehouse will automatically select the most efficient carrier (UPS®, USPS®, or FedEx®) based on package weight, destination, and logistics optimization.

Orders Under $299

For orders below $299, we provide two shipping options at checkout:

1. Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)

This is a predictable, order-value-based shipping rate designed to keep costs simple and competitive.

Flat Rate Structure:

  • $0.00 – $50.00 → $14.99
  • $50.01 – $100.00 → $19.99
  • $100.01 – $150.00 → $29.99
  • $150.01 – $200.00 → $39.99
  • $200.01 – $299.00 → $49.99
  • $299.00+ → FREE

2. Carrier Calculated Shipping (UPS® Ground)

We also provide real-time shipping rates directly from UPS® Ground.

These rates are calculated based on:

  • Package weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Current UPS® pricing

How Shipping Cost is Selected

At checkout, both options may be displayed, allowing you to choose the most suitable one.

  • If the UPS® Ground rate is lower, you can select it and benefit from real-time carrier pricing.
  • If the UPS® rate is higher, our flat rate option provides a more affordable alternative.
  • If UPS® rates are temporarily unavailable, the system will automatically fall back to flat rate pricing to ensure uninterrupted checkout.

Note on Multi-Warehouse (Split Shipments):
Our products are stocked across multiple warehouses to ensure better availability and faster delivery. In some cases, items in your cart may ship from different locations. When this happens, shipping is calculated separately for each shipment based on the flat rate structure above. For example, if your order contains items from 3 different warehouses, you may see 3 separate shipping charges at checkout. To reduce shipping costs, you can review your cart and adjust item quantities or selections so they ship from fewer locations when possible.

Shipping Method

  • All paid shipping orders are fulfilled using UPS® Ground
  • Free shipping orders may be shipped via UPS®, USPS®, or FedEx®, depending on efficiency and logistics

4. Split Shipment Policy

When items from a single order come from different warehouses due to availability, we handle each shipment separately. Our system calculates and shows the shipping cost for each segment of the order:

  • Multiple Warehouse Shipping: Items may be sourced from various locations, impacting delivery times and costs.
  • Consolidating Shipments: You have the option to adjust your order to minimize shipping costs or speed up delivery by choosing items available in a single warehouse.

5. Same-Day Shipping

We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 4 PM local warehouse time. This prompt service ensures that your order begins its journey to you without unnecessary delays.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and depend on stock availability and warehouse location. We also provide a detailed map on our website to help you understand expected delivery times across different states.

Here’s how it works:

  • 1-Day Delivery: If the nearest warehouse has the item in stock, you’ll receive your order in just 1 day!
  • 2 or 3-Day Delivery: If the nearest warehouse doesn’t have the item or is further away, we’ll ship from another location. Most states will get their order in 2 days, while a few may take up to 3 days.

If stock is not available in one warehouse, the system may split the shipment across multiple warehouses. This means that items from the closest warehouse will be delivered in 1 day, while items from farther warehouses may take 2 or 3 days, depending on their distance.

Important Notes:

  • Some states, like WA, OR, ID, WY, ND, SD, UT, AZ, NM, and NC, typically require 2-day delivery due to distance.
  • For MT and some areas in WY, delivery is usually 3 days.

8. Address Correction and Lost Package Policy

Mistakes happen, and if you enter an incorrect address, we provide a window for corrections through direct communication with UPS or another designated courier. For lost packages, while we do not assume responsibility post-delivery, our Secure Shipping option adds an extra layer of security with required signatures.

9. Missing Items and Order Tracking

If you notice discrepancies or missing items, check for multiple tracking numbers associated with your order. Our system might have divided your order to expedite delivery from different locations. Prompt claims within 2 days of delivery are crucial for quick resolution.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts and Pickup Options

UPS will attempt delivery twice before holding your items at a local pickup station. We stress the importance of monitoring your shipping status to prevent returns and additional fees.
