1. Shipping Areas

CheapTshirtUSA proudly serves customers across the Contiguous United States, ensuring broad coverage and efficient delivery. Please note, that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or Military APOs. This limitation ensures that our products reach you securely and directly, minimizing transit issues and potential delays.

2. Shipping Costs and Options

At CheapTshirtUSA, shipping is designed to be simple, transparent, and affordable.

For orders under $299, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.99 per selected warehouse.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $299 or more qualify for FREE shipping, even when the order is fulfilled from multiple warehouses.

Free Shipping

All orders over $299 qualify for Free Shipping across the continental United States (48 states).

For free shipping orders, our warehouse will automatically select the most efficient carrier (UPS®, USPS®, or FedEx®) based on package weight, destination, and logistics optimization.

Standard Shipping — Flat Rate Per Warehouse

CheapTshirtUSA ships from multiple warehouse locations across the United States. Customers can now view warehouse-level inventory and select quantities from specific warehouses directly on the bulk order form.

To keep shipping simple and predictable, our standard shipping rates are calculated per warehouse location.

This means if your order is fulfilled from more than one warehouse, each warehouse shipment may have its own shipping charge.

The $299 free-shipping threshold is based on the total merchandise subtotal of the complete order, not the subtotal from each individual warehouse.

3. Important Notice About Multiple Warehouses

CheapTshirtUSA operates through 10 warehouse locations across the United States. Our bulk order form displays available inventory separately for each warehouse, allowing customers to choose the warehouse or warehouses from which they want to order.

Customers can view exact stock by warehouse, color, and size before adding quantities to the cart. For orders under $299, each selected warehouse is treated as a separate shipment and carries a flat $12.99 shipping charge.

To minimize shipping costs on smaller orders, select products from one nearby warehouse whenever possible. If the total order reaches $299 or more, shipping is free even when products are selected from multiple warehouses.

Shipping Method

  • All paid shipping orders are fulfilled using UPS® Ground
  • Free shipping orders may be shipped via UPS®, USPS®, or FedEx®, depending on efficiency and logistics

4. Multi-Warehouse and Split Shipment Policy

Customers can select inventory from one or more warehouses using our bulk order form.

Each selected warehouse processes and ships its portion of the order independently. Therefore, a multi-warehouse order may arrive in separate packages, on different days, and with multiple tracking numbers.

For orders under $299, a flat $12.99 shipping charge applies to each warehouse used. Customers can review the warehouse selections and corresponding shipping charges before completing checkout.

Customers may remove products from a warehouse or select available inventory from another warehouse to reduce the number of shipments.

Orders of $299 or more receive free shipping, even when fulfilled from multiple warehouses.

5. Same-Day Shipping

Most in-stock orders placed before 4 PM local time at the selected warehouse are eligible for same-business-day processing and shipping.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day. Same-day shipping is subject to warehouse processing capacity, inventory confirmation, and carrier pickup schedules.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates depend on the warehouse location selected by the customer, the delivery address, carrier transit time, and order-processing time.

Selecting the warehouse closest to your shipping address will generally provide the fastest delivery. Products selected from more distant warehouses may require additional transit time.

Multi-warehouse orders may arrive in separate packages and on different days because every warehouse ships independently.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Important Notes:

  • Some states, like WA, OR, ID, WY, ND, SD, UT, AZ, NM, and NC, typically require 2-day delivery due to distance.
  • For MT and some areas in WY, delivery is usually 3 days.

8. Address Correction, Lost Packages, and Secure Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before checkout. Because orders are transmitted automatically to the selected warehouse, we may be unable to correct an address once warehouse processing has begun.

Secure Shipping Insurance is available during checkout for $5.99 and provides additional protection against eligible loss, damage, or theft claims. Secure Shipping does not require a delivery signature.

Without Secure Shipping Insurance, orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement for loss or theft after delivery.

9. Missing Items and Multiple Tracking Numbers

If your order includes products from multiple warehouses, you will receive separate shipments and may receive multiple tracking numbers.

One package may arrive before another, so please review all tracking numbers before reporting missing merchandise.

Any missing-item or shipment discrepancy claim must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number, affected products, quantities, and clear photos of the package and items received.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts and Pickup Options

UPS will attempt delivery twice before holding your items at a local pickup station. We stress the importance of monitoring your shipping status to prevent returns and additional fees.
