Picking Mistakes Policy
We are very sorry to hear that you may have received incorrect items in your order. While our warehouse team works hard to ensure every order is packed accurately, occasional mistakes can happen in any large fulfillment operation.
If you believe you received the wrong item, size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Required Information
Please email info@cheaptshirtusa.com with the following information:
1. Your Order Number
Please provide your CheapTshirtUSA order number.
2. Description of the Issue
Provide a brief explanation of the problem.
Examples:
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
- Wrong color received
- Missing item
- Incorrect quantity received
3. Photos of the Incorrect Item(s)
Please provide clear photos showing:
- Product tag
- Size label
- Entire garment
- Any identifying labels or markings
4. List of Incorrect Items Received
For each item, please include:
- Quantity received
- Brand name (Gildan, Hanes, Bella+Canvas, Port & Company, etc.)
- Product type (T-Shirt, Hoodie, Tank Top, Crewneck, Polo, etc.)
- Style / Model Number (if known)
- Color
- Size
Example Format
- 2 pcs — Gildan — Hoodie — Style 18500 — Black — Large
- 1 pc — Bella+Canvas — T-Shirt — Style 3001 — White — Medium
Providing complete and organized information allows our team to investigate and resolve your claim much faster.
Incomplete or unclear information may delay the investigation process.
Investigation Process
Once we receive your claim:
- Our warehouse team will review the order details.
- Inventory records will be verified.
- Packing records and order weights may be reviewed.
- Security camera footage may be reviewed when necessary.
Most investigations are completed within 1–2 business days.
Option 1 — Standard Resolution (Return & Replacement)
If a warehouse picking error is confirmed, our standard resolution process is:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You return the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you.
- Once the return is received and verified, we will ship the correct item(s).
While return shipping is free, please note that this process may take additional time due to shipping transit and warehouse processing.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Option 2 — Faster Resolution (Keep the Incorrect Items)
If you need the correct items as quickly as possible, you may choose an alternative resolution.
Under this option:
- You keep the incorrect item(s).
- You agree to purchase and retain the incorrectly received item(s).
- We will send a Shopify invoice for the value of the retained item(s).
- Once payment is received, we will immediately ship the correct replacement item(s).
- No additional shipping charges will apply.
This option is often the fastest solution because:
- No return shipment is required.
- No return processing delay.
- Correct items can be shipped immediately after payment is received.
Many customers choose this option to receive the correct merchandise several days sooner.
Payment Method for Option 2
For customers choosing to keep the incorrectly received item(s):
- A separate Shopify invoice will be issued.
- Payment must be completed through the Shopify invoice provided by CheapTshirtUSA.
- Once payment is received, replacement items will be processed and shipped immediately.

After our investigation is completed, please advise which resolution you prefer:
Option 1
Return the incorrect item(s) and receive the correct item(s) after the return is received.
Option 2
Keep and purchase the incorrect item(s) and have the correct item(s) shipped immediately after payment is received.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
To maintain the low wholesale prices we offer, all picking mistake claims are subject to verification.
Please note:
- All claims are reviewed against warehouse inventory records.
- Packing records and shipment weights may be verified.
- Security camera footage may be reviewed.
- Additional photos or information may be requested.
For quality control purposes, orders may be weighed and documented during the packing process, allowing us to verify order accuracy when investigating claims.
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent claims may result in:
- Claim denial
- Order cancellation
- Account suspension
- Refusal of future service
These verification procedures help protect honest customers and allow us to continue offering competitive wholesale pricing.
