If any items are missing from your order, they may be shipping from a different warehouse with a separate tracking number.

Please check your account for additional tracking numbers. If your order is being shipped from more than one warehouse, you should have multiple tracking numbers. If you don't see the additional tracking numbers, the website may not have updated them yet. In that case, please email us with your order number, and we’ll promptly provide the missing tracking information.

Claims for missing items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. We are unable to consider claims for missing or damaged items after this 2-day window, so please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
